What the document check does.

You can upload a PDF with selectable text, upload a TXT file or paste text. Your browser extracts readable content and looks for possible property references and relevant document terms.

A mention in a document is not a verified fact. A mortgage heading, for example, does not establish that money is still owed. The result keeps these mentions separate from outstanding checks.

The workspace can request non-protected Catastro data, cadastral geometry, PNOA orthophotos and cadastral map overlays when you click the corresponding buttons. It also links to official planning and risk sources. It does not automatically verify planning legality, title or flood/coastal restrictions. AI legal analysis and OCR are not connected.
