One-off price: EUR 100 plus EUR 21 VAT (21%), total EUR 121. Notarial fees, apostille/legalisation, sworn translation, courier charges and representation in a property transaction are excluded. Naming an attorney in the draft does not amount to acceptance of a property-transaction engagement or quotation for those services.
The bilingual PDF, instructions and order confirmation are delivered after payment verification. The draft requires execution and adaptation by a competent notarial authority; it is not already an authorised notarial power. The receiving Spanish notary must assess the equivalence of the foreign notarial act and the sufficiency of the powers. Automatic acceptance in every jurisdiction is not guaranteed.

Use of your information
Identity information is used to prepare and deliver the power and manage the order. It is not used for advertising or model training. The form does not upload passports or save its fields in browser storage. Starting checkout generates and stores the PDF in private server storage; Stripe receives billing data and the order reference, not the power's contents. Cloudflare and the hosting provider support technical delivery. The PDF is retained for 30 days and the operational order record for 180 days; tax and legal-claims duties may require other retention of billing records. Exercise your rights and consult the website privacy policy through info@colas-abogados.com. The necessary session cookie permits order recovery in the same browser for 30 days and is not used for advertising tracking.

Frequently asked questions
Can I sign in any European country?
The form includes European countries and the United States. The notarial form and authentication route depend on the country, territory and authority. Kosovo and the Holy See require an individually confirmed route; there is no universal promise that an apostille will suffice.
Is this signed with DocuSign?
This power is prepared for execution before a competent notarial or Spanish consular authority. The DocuSign process in our contract generator is separate and does not replace that formalisation.
Are signing and delivery instructions included?
The package contains instructions for signing, authentication, translation where required and delivery of the original or authorised copy to the office by DHL. External fees are excluded.
Can I limit the duration and financing?
Yes. You can set an expiry date and a limit on loan principal. Mortgage powers are included only if you expressly select and confirm them. You can also set purchase and sale price limits.
